We hope you enjoyed the 2019 Jamestown Combined Service Groups Christmas Pageant! With many businesses dressing thier frontages with christmas cheer, the Christmas spirit was high on Sunday the 1st of December! Even though it was on the wet, windy and chilly side, the pageant was still a great afternoon out for all ages! Thank you for braving the weather!!!! Officially opened by Jamestown Mayor Mr Dennis Clark the pageant got underway with so many brightly coloured floats and characters walking around! We really appreciate all the time and effort you spent on making and decorating! Congratulations to the Best Float winners, they were voted on by the Residents, staff and volunteers of Belalie Lodge. Thank you for your care in deliberation! The prize money was donated by Morgans Sawmill.

The Best Bike Comp winners (also donated by Morgans Sawmill) were; Dylan and Marcus Couch, Aiden Hogan and Joshua Muench.
Thank you to all the stall holders, volunteers, entertainers, face painters, The Whyalla Community Brass Band who played during the pageant, those who attended the Combined Churches of Jamestown’s Church Service in the combined service groups rooms and Dennis Ganley for driving Thomas the Tank Engine- the kids always love to go around and around!!! Also thank you to the RFDS volunteers for bringing the simulator- a fantastic resource for children to look all over! and a big thank you to Jenny Hillam at the NAC, Luke Clark our MC, The APEX boys, Lions Club, Soroptimists, Freemasons, RSL, CWA, Damien Hunt and Craig Flannery for all of your input as it has been instrumental in the running of our event. Our very successful raffle raised vital funds for the pageant to continue thank you to all the volunteers that sold raffle books!! We couldn’t have done it without you! And also thank you to our generous contibutors!
